Why I Started GoMicroFresh

Years ago, I discovered microgreens and was amazed by their powerful nutritional benefits—packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants in just a tiny handful. But when I went looking for microgreens at stores or farmers markets, they were expensive, hard to find, and didn’t stay fresh for long.

That got me thinking: Why isn’t everyone eating these? Why aren’t they more accessible?

So, I went on a mission to make it easy, affordable, and beautiful for anyone to grow their own fresh microgreens at home.

After years of experimenting with different growing methods, I realized the solution had to be simple, elegant, and foolproof. That’s when GoMicroFresh and my patent-pending MicroGrow were born. The MicroGrow is a countertop grow pod that makes it incredibly easy to grow your own superfoods—no green thumb required. In just 7–10 days, you can harvest fresh, organic microgreens right from your kitchen.

But this journey became about more than just growing greens. I wanted to build a community.

That’s why I created the Love Share Grow program—a membership and referral platform where people not only grow their own nutrition but also share the experience with others and earn rewards while doing it.

My vision is to spark a movement: A network of families, friends, and changemakers growing their own food, inspiring healthier habits, and creating impact by simply sharing something they love.
